Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law (e.g., under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act). However, tickets are fully transferable to another member of your leadership team. Should SalesStar cancel the event, a full refund will be provided.

All workshop materials and frameworks remain the intellectual property of SalesStar and are for personal use only. Recording or reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

Participant data is handled per the NZ Privacy Act 2020.
